COVID-19 Update
Covid-19 information from Peppers,
As of right now we are still open! We have hand sanitizer, lysol wipes and lysol spray for customers and employees. We are going the extra mile to try and keep COVID-19 from spreading. We are asking our employees to constantly wash their hands and clean their work stations multiple times a day. We currently don’t have a case at the dealership and are doing all we can to keep it from coming in the door. We are wiping all touch points with disinfectants to try and prevent the spread. We have also taken all the cars out of our showroom in order to make more room for tables and chairs to be spaced out. We have all our chairs and tables spaced more than 6 ft apart.
For those of you that don’t feel comfortable coming into the dealership. We would like to offer you the white glove treatment. We want to offer to facilitate your buying process online from the comfort of your home. It doesn't matter what type of device you have, our website is designed to work with a PC, Laptop, Tablet, or mobile device. We have updated our current website to a Digital Retailing site that will aid in helping you get financing, requesting a value your trade, make a service appointment and much much more.
We want you to know that we are here to help you in whatever you may need with your vehicle whether that's buying a car and trading yours in, needing service work done, or needing parts and accessories for your vehicle.
Effective 4/8/2020 we will be closing our service waiting areas for your safety. We are happy to provide our customers with a free of charge loaner vehicle while their vehicle is being serviced however we only have a limited number of these cars available. If you would like to wait on your vehicle at the dealership you are welcome to walk the lot and catch up on some vitamin D! We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for understanding.
